Servicing Vendor Management Analyst

Role Description Responsible for supporting the management team. Will help oversee vendor relationships by being available to answer questions and complete reporting, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and assisting in the development of vendor performance metrics. Job Duties - Support the development and implementation of vendor performance management scorecards. - Assist in conducting regular reviews and audits of vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Review vendor fee requests and approve or deny based upon contracts and business strategies. - Answer vendor emails and questions through an email inbox. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior vendor specialists, helping to develop their skills, knowledge, and best practices. - Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the company’s vendor management processes remain competitive and compliant. - Lead or support the resolution of complex account disputes, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented to minimize business disruption. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or educational experience in related field preferred, or relevant work experience. - 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Efficient in MS suite products. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. - Knowledge of state and federal repossession and collection laws. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Demonstrate ability to professionally represent Exeter and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Population Health Data Quality Analyst
