Role Description - Review and analyze daily below-order-point queues and procure products for those stores. - Communicate daily with stores regarding purchasing of product and other special needs. - Communicate with vendors regarding product availability and purchase orders. - Assist Hardscapes and Landscape Supplies teams across the Region with special projects, including but not limited to early orders, product promotions, and vendor negotiations. - Proactively track purchasing forecast accuracy and communicate with internal teams on adjustments. - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures. - Drive continuous improvement for the organization by identifying and researching areas of opportunity, and implementing solutions to reduce cost. - Solutions-based problem solver. - Drive Sales and Operations alignment through regular review of sales budget. - Identify and drive analytics around our purchasing activities such as in-stock availability by supplier, supplier performance (lead time, fill rate, etc.), swings in purchases in comparison to other time periods, among others. Role Description The Schedule Management Coordinator has shared responsibilities within the Staffing Office and as a unit-based scheduler for assigned units to ensure patient care areas have the resources they need to deliver patient care both efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Schedule Management Coordinator will: - Collaborate at least weekly, and as needed, with unit leadership to develop and finalize each schedule cycle to ensure optimal unit staffing levels. - Manage real-time staff scheduling requests, reviewing intermediate staffing needs with unit leadership. - Adjust to unit staffing needs based on patient care requirements up to 24 hours before each shift start time. - Approve all unit/department staff vacations. - Complete time card reconciliations. - Track staffing trends and provide Kronos reports for data analysis as required. - Collaborate with PCMs to determine position postings. - Assist in problem-solving unique or imminent staffing needs in partnership with Staffing Office team members. - Rotate scheduled Staffing Office hours and may fill in as needed when the Staffing Office has an open shift.
