• The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for attracting suitable job candidates in line with the requirements given by the client. • Understanding the organization's needs, the position requires being engaged with the current market, builds relationships, and screen applicants to find the best match for open positions while leading the recruitment unit for more effective and efficient recruitment. • Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment processes, recommend modifications to continuously improve these processes, reduce costs and improve efficiency, and lead the implementation of agreed changes • Leads continuous improvement in the end-to-end recruitment process as well as in the integration of recruitment processes with other processes • Suggests and implements recruiting plans and strategies as collaborated and advised with the client to meet current or anticipated staffing needs • Builds and maintains networks of contacts in different institutions, universities, trade groups, association memberships, social media, and referrals from existing employees • Performs a search for qualified job candidates using sources such as talent databases, the pool of networks, internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, and/or employee referrals • Executes and develops goals set for the recruiting and hiring process; Screens applicants and evaluates if position requirements are being met • Coordinates to external linkages on hiring activities to create a comprehensive pool of talents for the continuous requirement of the company • Completes recruitment-related reports and submits to the management whenever necessary; Collects data relevant to hiring timeline and costs per hire • Coordinates with hiring managers pertaining to manpower requests; Creates job description as directed by the client • Performs in-person and phone interviews with potential candidates • Ensures total adherence of compliance to all new hires including, but not limited to, pre-employment and onboarding requirements, medical requirements & technical requirements. • Maintains a follow-up timeline for applications in order to provide applicants with real-time updates; Schedules final interviews with hiring managers and clients whenever necessary • Reviews applications and position requests to match applicants with job requirements; Conducts reference or background check on job applicants • Keeps updated with the current best practices in recruitment
Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource or any related field
- With at least 1 year of related experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Mass Hiring.
- Must be well-rounded in the end-to-end recruitment process from Manpower Request to Onboarding.
- Must be organized, results-driven, and must show passion in HR.
- Must have people handling skills, Customer Service oriented and can meet tight deadlines.

• Manage category strategy and work with cross-functional team to implement strategy on different product lines, consolidate and renationalize our global supplier base, transfer more spend/allocation to strategic suppliers. • Manage suppliers in cost, quality, delivery and service to ensure the competitiveness of Littelfuse (including price and commercial terms negotiation), regular business review with strategic suppliers, drive actions for poor performance suppliers. • Develop and execute annual cost reduction plan (including VeVa projects and negotiation) to achieve annual cost reduction targets with cost model implementation, work with engineering team to implement cost saving projects on time; nego payment term to ensure competitive DPO. • Collaborate with other Category managers on the other regions and support and/or lead negotiations, find new suppliers and help developed other sources within your region. • Monitor industry trends, rules, performance, market conditions; collection of market, competitors’ status and information analysis.
