• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high-performance backend services and APIs • Build and productionize backend services primarily in Golang • Collaborate closely with ML engineers and research teams to take models from experimentation to production • Develop and maintain services using AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) and GCP native services • Deliver production-ready features end-to-end with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security • Diagnose and resolve production issues using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Google Logging, and Cloud Trace • Review code to uphold quality standards and promote best practices • Contribute to evolving backend and ML platform architecture • Participate in on-call rotation, including required night and weekend coverage

• Own the Workflow UI Experience by architecting and building the Workflow Builder front-end. • Develop with React & UI Libraries, integrating component libraries for consistency. • Build scalable and secure back-end services with a security-first mindset. • Deliver high-quality at scale through comprehensive tests and monitoring performance metrics. • Mentor and lead junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap planning.
