Role Description - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and PySpark. - Build large-scale data processing frameworks to handle structured and unstructured data, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Architect and manage data solutions within the GCP ecosystem, focusing on cost-efficiency and security. - Design and implement robust data warehouse models (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data lake architectures. - Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery for greater scalability. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and logging frameworks. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark (PySpark) for distributed data processing. - Practical experience with Google Cloud services, specifically: - BigQuery (Optimization, Partitioning, Clustering). - Cloud DataProc or Dataflow. - Cloud Storage (GCS) and Cloud Functions. - Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) for orchestration. - Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL environments. - Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools is a significant plus. Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. - Extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e.g., Security, Event Dispatchers). - Advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. - Awareness of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data. - Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. - Solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed. - Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management. - Experience with Docker for managing development environments. - Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. - Highly proficient in using AI/LLMs to support complex workflows, including advanced prompting, evaluating model outputs, and optimizing AI-assisted processes across teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
