Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. - Extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e.g., Security, Event Dispatchers). - Advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. - Awareness of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data. - Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. - Solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed. - Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management. - Experience with Docker for managing development environments. - Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. - Highly proficient in using AI/LLMs to support complex workflows, including advanced prompting, evaluating model outputs, and optimizing AI-assisted processes across teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
