People Operations Specialist
Enfuce
• Own and execute end-to-end payroll coordination across multiple countries, including Finland, UK and Germany, as well as managing our Employer of Record provider, Remote.com. • Own and run onboarding sessions and act as a key point of contact for new joiners • Maintain and improve workflows, automations and system configurations in our HR systems, including Personio and Remote.com. • Ensure high data quality and reliable documentation across our People systems • Support the coordination and execution of recurring People processes, such as performance cycles and engagement surveys • Own the maintenance and updating of People policies and the employee handbook, ensuring policies are accurate, accessible and up to date • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies and compliance topics • Coordinate office-related topics across locations in collaboration with on-site stakeholders • Support People data reporting and analytics, including preparing reports, extracting insights and ensuring data accuracy • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working • Support the implementation of AI, automation and HR tech improvements in People Operations workflows
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in People Operations, HR, or a generalist People role in an international setup, working across different EU geos.
- Strong hands-on, execution-driven mindset - you enjoy getting things done.
- Experience with payroll coordination or employee lifecycle processes.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple topics reliably and independently.
- Strong ownership mindset - you take responsibility and follow through.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift and teamwork are essential.
- A people-centric, curious, and persistent approach, with a deep interest in building great employee experiences.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (HRIS experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.
- Nice to have: Experience with Personio or similar HR systems, Exposure to multi-country payroll and benefits, especially Finland, UK and Germany, Experience working with Employer of Record setups, such as Remote.com, Interest in AI, HR tech or process automation.
