• Take ownership of client relationships • Contribute to proposal development • Proactively manage budgets and timelines to ensure seamless delivery • Deliver impactful publications and enhanced content in rare diseases • Be involved in a broad range of projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials and digital resources

Job Requirements

  • Working as part of an account handling team supporting a publications client in rare diseases
  • Driving the delivery of projects to a high standard, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Leading smaller projects and contributing to larger initiatives, effectively managing timelines, budgets and resources
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, medical experts and third-party suppliers, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Supporting account growth and collaboration by contributing to project planning, new ideas and cross-team partnerships

Role Description We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Account Executive (Banking and Financial Services) with strong experience in banking, fintech, financial media, data/intelligence platforms, or enterprise B2B sales. This is a hunter-farmer hybrid role focused on driving new business revenue while growing strategic existing accounts across banking and financial services markets globally. You will engage senior decision-makers across Tier 1 banks, challenger banks, fintech firms, and financial institutions, helping position the platform’s media, research, awards, sponsorship, subscription, and event offerings as valuable commercial and branding solutions. Qualifications - At least 5–8+ years of B2B sales, enterprise sales, sponsorship sales, or business development experience. - Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Banking, Fintech, Financial media, Data/intelligence platforms, Banking technology, Conferences/events and SaaS/platform sales. - Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and revenue growth. - Strong experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through closure. - Comfortable engaging senior banking stakeholders and commercial decision-makers. - Existing network within banking, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred. - Experience with financial media, awards, sponsorship, or conference sales is advantageous. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management. - Highly self-directed and able to work across international markets and time zones.
