Role Description - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Install, configure and maintain technology equipment, applications, and systems. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via email. - Diagnose and resolve customer service requests to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded. - Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides. - Develop and implement strategies for improving technical services and user experience. - Participate in technology projects related to planning, installing, and upgrading all new or existing hardware and software components. - Collaborate with other members of the IT team to promote ongoing technology learning and development.
