• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch support • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects with varying complexity, timelines, and dependencies • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics • Facilitate Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate • Drive cross-functional coordination between IT, Engineering, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams • Establish governance frameworks, project reporting, and executive-level status communications
• Create and maintain documentation content including user manuals, quick-start guides, safety inserts, warning labels, packaging copy, and troubleshooting materials. • Author, revise, and maintain user manuals for all Therabody devices including but not limited to percussive therapy, heating and cooling, pneumatic compression, light therapy, and electrical stimulation devices. • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy of all product documentation. • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and legal to ensure compliance and maintain brand standards. • Develop clear assembly, setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting instructions with supporting illustrations and diagrams. • Create structured templates to ensure consistency across the full product catalog. • Write and maintain unit warnings, caution statements, and safety notices in compliance with applicable regulatory standards (UL, IEC 62368-1, IEC 60601 where applicable, FDA Class I/II guidance). • Develop risk-communication language aligned with ISO 14971 risk management outputs. • Ensure all safety symbols, signal words, and hazard statements conform to ISO 7010, ANSI Z535, and regional market requirements. • Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams to incorporate compliance feedback into documentation revisions. • Support documentation review and approval workflows across engineering, regulatory, legal, and quality teams. • Prepare documentation for multi-language localization, working with internal translation partners to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness. • Maintain region-specific versions of manuals to address EU, UK, APAC, and other international regulatory requirements. • Manage documentation updates, version control, and change tracking across product generations, firmware releases, and regulatory revisions. • Maintain organized source documents, revision histories, and approval tracking across product releases and regional variants. • Deliver finalized, approval-ready copy documents to artwork and packaging teams for production layout and localization workflows. • Work closely with Design and Brand teams to ensure documentation aligns with Therabody’s premium aesthetic and tone of voice. • Participate in design reviews and product launch readiness milestones to ensure documentation is delivered on time.
• Concept and design mobile app experiences across the Therabody app, including onboarding, device pairing, guided routines, progress tracking, and personalization features. • Create key UX deliverables—user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs—optimized for iOS and Android. • Translate product requirements and user insights into clean, functional designs grounded in mobile UX best practices. • Collaborate with the product and data teams to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and design improvements that support engagement and retention goals. • Work within Therabody’s brand guidelines and mobile design system to ensure visual consistency across the app experience. • Partner with mobile engineers to hand off designs cleanly and QA implementations, accounting for platform-specific behaviors and constraints. • Build and deliver design variants for A/B tests and experiments aimed at improving key app metrics. • Participate in user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to validate design directions and iterate based on findings.
• Concept and design ecommerce experiences across Therabody.com, including product detail pages, collection pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout flows. • Create key UX deliverables—sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups—that align with project briefs and business objectives. • Translate product and merchandising requirements into clean, functional designs grounded in DTC and ecommerce UX best practices. • Collaborate with the ecommerce and analytics teams to understand performance data, identify friction points, and design improvements that support conversion goals. • Work within Therabody’s brand guidelines and design system to ensure visual consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints. • Partner with front-end engineers to hand off designs cleanly and QA implementations to ensure they match specs. • Build and deliver design variants for A/B tests, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design directions and iterate based on findings.
• Partner with brand, product and creative teams to deliver high-performing PDPs, A+ content, and branded landing pages that engage and convert. • Establish and enforce content standards across imagery, copy, specs, and enhanced content modules. • Manage PDP content syndication across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and speed to market. • Own and optimize the Amazon Brand Store: navigation flow, page design, module testing and performance insights. • Build brand landing pages that elevate education, storytelling, and brand positioning. • Identify and implement up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase conversion and order value. • Ensure Therabody’s premium brand identity and positioning is reflected across all retail.com touchpoints. • Perform keyword research (using Helium 10 and similar tools) to build high-potential keyword sets for product listings. • Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend terms to maximize visibility and conversion. • Monitor listing health, keyword rankings, and search term reports. • Define and execute the strategy for acquiring, moderating and displaying customer ratings & reviews across all retail platforms. • Lead end-to-end review syndication and seeding programs. • Manage relationships with third-party review platforms/service providers. • Identify any recurring issues/product improvement opportunities and feed insights into relevant cross-functional teams. • Define, track, and report on digital shelf KPIs: content health scores, conversion rates, review sentiment and share of search. • Translate data into actionable insights. • Lead A/B content testing to evaluate PDP performance and optimize listings. • Support international markets by tailoring merchandising strategies, content, and syndication processes. • Implement project management best practices and tools to ensure on time delivery. • Oversee PIM platform management including catalog hygiene, A+ content and automated syndication. • Identify opportunities for process automation to improve speed and scalability.
• Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with our community across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube), including comments, DMs, tags, and trending conversations • Respond to customer comments, questions, and DMs with empathy, speed, and accuracy • Monitor community conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and brand advocacy • Foster and manage our Reddit community in partnership with customer service and our science + education teams to ensure accurate, helpful, and brand-aligned responses • Work with the Director of Social to test and execute new content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and awareness • Identify quick turn culture-driven opportunities to support the calendar • Assist in developing weekly content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, and platform trends • Manage social publishing across core platforms, ensuring voice, visuals, and timing align with brand and campaign strategy • Source user-generated content (UGC) and creator talent aligned with brand standards and campaign needs • Develop clear, engaging content briefs for our creator community • Film and edit short-form social content as needed, both independently and collaboratively • Conduct ongoing research into platform trends, emerging creators, and cultural conversations
