Marketing Lead
UPROSPECT
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, backlink strategy, and performance monitoring • Own and continuously optimize the company website, including content updates, landing pages, UX copy, and conversion improvements • Lead the content marketing strategy across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media channels • Build and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality content production • Manage B2B email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and newsletters targeting prospects and existing clients • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs including organic traffic, engagement, rankings, and lead generation metrics • Research industry trends in SEO, HealthTech, digital transformation, and B2B marketing
Job Requirements
- 5 - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and content strategy
- Proven success driving organic growth, keyword rankings, website traffic, and B2B lead generation
- Strong expertise in technical SEO and modern SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills (C1 or higher)
- Experience managing websites through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and content creation for technical audiences
- Experience with B2B email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, to ensure consistency across brands and channels. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. • Develop and execute a marketing plan and strategy to support our go-to-market that is aligned between the A&D business unit, including the sales and pre-sales teams, and the corporate and regional marketing teams • Build compelling industry campaigns to support demand generation that local field marketing teams localize and implement, including post-campaign results analysis and reporting • Lead generation and qualification working with regional field marketing teams and key account managers (“KAMs”) to activate campaigns and achieve results; campaigns and activities include virtual and on-site events, webinars, digital and social media, direct to market and with partners • Collaborate with Account Executives (“AEs”), KAMs, BDRs and local marketing teams to support account strategies by initiating targeted account-based-marketing (“ABM”) activities • Management and/or coordination of industry events, tradeshows, and external productions, working closely with local marketing and A&D sales and pre-sales teams • Implement a global English-language focused PR and communications program, working with corporate communications and a dedicated PR agency, that includes media releases, thought leadership articles, customer achievements, and analyst briefings • Develop and manage strategic brand-building activities that further IFS market positioning • Support A&D leadership with market segment and pipeline insights, including CRM reporting and lead management; support IFS win/loss analysis process and competitive insights gathering, analysis and communication • Manage A&D marketing budget including planning, forecasting, and results reporting • Lead a team of dedicated industry marketing professionals: setting objectives, measuring performance, managing workload responsibilities, and supporting and inspiring the team to excel
