Role Description The Applications Support (Celigo Specialist) role is designed to augment the existing Systems Team in Australia while supporting the expansion into a global support group operating across multiple time zones. The goal is to extend support coverage across Melbourne, California, and Amsterdam business hours. - Provide 1st and 2nd level support across Celigo Integration Apps (Shopify and Amazon), NetSuite OneWorld, and integrated applications including RF-Smart, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Zendesk, ClickUp, Miro, SmartFreight, and future systems. - Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day operational issues with business users and internal teams. - Manage escalations to 3rd-level support vendors and ensure SLA commitments are met. - Work closely with the Core Applications team, business users, and external consulting partners to design and implement system improvements and integrations. - Configure and deploy new storefronts and marketplaces within existing Celigo integration environments. - Develop, test, and deploy new Celigo integration flows from development through to UAT and production. - Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, workflows, configurations, and basic scripts. - Review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. - Assist with testing, documentation, release support, and deployment activities for system updates. - Provide support coverage across extended international business hours as part of a growing global support initiative. - Perform additional duties as required by the Client and Systems Team. Qualifications - Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Celigo Integration Apps, specifically Shopify and Amazon connectors. - Proven experience building and deploying Celigo integration flows end-to-end, including testing and production deployment. - Strong working knowledge of NetSuite OTC processes, including order creation, inventory commitment, payout processing, deposit workflows, and GL impact. - Experience with NetSuite administration, including saved searches, workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Broader exposure to P2P, R2R, inventory, and logistics processes is highly desirable. - Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteQL, RF-Smart, SPS Commerce, SmartFreight, or similar systems is advantageous. - Experience supporting integrated systems and managing third-party vendors. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently within a fast-paced environment.
