Title: Digital Paid Specialist (Remote) Location: Utah Texas time type Full time job requisition id R-2759 Company Overview: At Snap Finance, we believe everyone deserves access to the things they need, regardless of credit history. Since 2012, we've used data, machine learning, and a more human approach to create flexible financing solutions that help people move forward. We're proud of our inclusive, supportive culture, built on empowering our customers, partners, and team members alike. When our people thrive, so does our innovation. If you're looking to make an impact and grow with a team that values you, come join us! Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Digital Paid Specialist to join the Growth team and support day-to-day execution across our paid acquisition channels. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership: you will manage live campaigns, run structured tests, and directly influence the efficiency and scale of our paid program. The role covers both B2C (consumer originations) and B2B (merchant acquisition) campaigns, spanning paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels. You will work closely with the Paid Media Manager, Growth Analyst, and cross-functional partners in analytics, creative, compliance, and CRO to drive qualified traffic, lower CAC, and improve ROAS across a meaningful media budget. We take a rigorous, data-driven approach to paid media and want someone who brings the same discipline. You should be comfortable owning campaign builds end to end, catching inefficiency before it compounds, and translating performance data into clear next actions. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow within a performance marketing function and work across a genuinely diverse channel mix. How you'll make an impact: - Execute and optimize paid campaigns across B2C and B2B channels, managing to CAC and ROAS targets set by the Paid Media Manager and Director of Growth - Own campaign builds, bid strategy, audience segmentation, negative keyword management, and ad copy testing across paid search and paid social platforms - Monitor daily performance, identify anomalies or inefficiencies, and take corrective action quickly - Support a structured testing cadence across creative, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies, documenting results clearly for team review - Partner with the Growth Analyst on reporting and attribution, contributing channel-level data and insight to weekly and monthly performance reviews - Coordinate with compliance and legal to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements before launch - Maintain platform hygiene across accounts, including budget pacing, placement exclusions, tracking validation, and quality assurance on new campaigns What you'll need to succeed: - 3 to 5 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct ownership of campaign execution across at least two platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, or similar - Experience running paid campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, with working knowledge of how acquisition goals differ across those contexts - Strong analytical skills with comfort pulling and interpreting performance data from native platforms and third-party reporting tools - Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM structure, and basic attribution concepts - Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed; you manage your own workload, flag issues proactively, and meet deadlines without close supervision What would make you stand out: - You have owned campaigns from brief to live to optimization and know what good execution looks like at each stage - You are comfortable switching between B2C consumer intent and B2B merchant acquisition mindsets and can adjust messaging and targeting strategy accordingly - You catch problems in data before they become expensive and treat campaign hygiene as a non-negotiable part of the job - You enjoy testing, have a clear hypothesis-first approach, and document what you learn in a way others can build on - You want to grow your channel expertise and eventually own more of the strategic layer as the team scales - You work well in cross-functional environments and communicate clearly with partners who do not live in ad platforms every day Why Join Us: - Generous paid time off - Competitive medical, dental & vision coverage - 401K with company match for US - Company-paid life insurance - Company-paid short-term and long-term disability - Access to mental health and wellness resources - Company-paid volunteer time to do good in your community - Legal coverage and other supplemental options - A value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless More: Snap values diversity and all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
