Job Description The Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a critical role in Fortune Brands Innovations’ Digital Transformation group, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize supply chain performance and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will partner with supply chain leaders, IT, and commercial teams to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic growth initiatives. Position Location: This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Associates are required in office (Deerfield, IL) Tues-Thurs with the option to work remotely Monday & Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle management. - Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Support digital transformation initiatives such as S&OP optimization, network modeling, and digital twin projects. - Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives. - Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility. - Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms. - Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling. - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (PowerPivot, macros). - Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools. - Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis. - Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure). - Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement. - Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $110,000 USD.
