Role Description As an associate on the Program Manager Services team, you will work directly with DX’s customers to coordinate the planning, execution, and analysis of their quarterly developer experience surveys. In addition, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to develop and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders at customer accounts. What You’ll Do - Create and drive execution of detailed projects, working in collaboration with customer stakeholders. - Own communication with clients regularly to provide our recommendations and manage expectations. - Directly communicate with VP+ level executive stakeholders at customer accounts. - Identify the needs of technology executives and prepare relevant analyses and reports to help inform decision-making and provide clarity into the health of their engineering organization and actions required to improve. - In partnership with our Customer Success and Product teams, refine the strategies to deliver great value to customers through DX Program Manager services. - Recommend and contribute to process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within the Program Manager Services offering. Qualifications - 2-5 years experience in a customer facing role. - Prior experience in change management, consulting, business analytics, client services, project management, operations, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfort presenting to strategic stakeholders/leadership. - Highly organized and able to effectively manage a high volume of parallel projects at once. - Able to provide great, consistent service to clients who are sometimes assertive and demanding. - Self-motivated, able to work effectively under deadlines without much supervision, excellent follow-through. Requirements - Compensation: Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. - In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: - Zone A: $109,800 - $143,350 - Zone B: $99,000 - $129,250 - Zone C: $91,800 - $119,850 - This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
