• Coordinate cross-functional product readiness activities for assigned new product introductions and major releases, ensuring plans, owners, dates, and dependencies are clearly documented and tracked. • Build and maintain readiness plans, status updates, and milestone tracking to provide timely visibility into launch progress and areas of risk. • Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Services, and Partner teams to align launch requirements, internal readiness activities, and operational dependencies. • Track completion of key launch readiness deliverables such as enablement materials, release communications, FAQs, support readiness, partner readiness, and internal process updates. • Facilitate recurring readiness meetings, capture action items, follow up on commitments, and escalate blockers or risks to the Director, Product Readiness as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, launch readiness, product operations, or a related role in a software/SaaS environment.
- Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, including experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple teams into clear status updates, readiness views, and action-oriented recommendations.

Role Description As a TPM for SRE, you will partner with SRE leaders and engineers to scale the platform that underpins all of MongoDB’s cloud products.
