• Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work. • Identify project risks, develop risk response plans and monitor active issues • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders • Together, collaborate with the other team members from the Professional Services teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks. • Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc) • Mentor and coach team members to improve delivery and encourage skill development • Support development and adherence to internal project methodology

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management or program experience
  • Experience developing, managing and graphing timelines; ability to drive to goals and milestones
  • Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results

Role Description Direct Distribution is responsible for writing over 400K net new business policies annually across the call center and online channels.
