Pour ce faire vous : - participez au contrôle interne comptable de premier niveau relatif aux biens stockés et immobilisés, - assurez le suivi des immobilisations en créant des Fiches d’Immobilisation En Cours (FIEC) et des Fiches Immobilisation En Service (FIES), - réalisez la mise en service et contribuez à la cohérence des logiciels SIGLe – Chorus, - recueillez et traitez les anomalies des flux de synchronisation SIGLe – Chorus, - contribuez à l’élaboration des états comptables par la direction centrale en transmettant des données fiabilisées. Responsibilities : Project Management: Lead end-to-end EHR implementations from initiation to go-live, defining scope and success criteria, creating and managing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with goals and client expectations. Develop and refine best practices, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Customer Success & Engagement Management: Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation, fostering strong relationships, gathering feedback to improve practices and guide product enhancements, and providing post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing maintenance and support teams. Team Management and Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing implementation team, providing guidance, evaluating performance, addressing skill gaps, and coordinating training. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure product readiness. Collaborate with Sales and Account Management as a subject matter expert to gather requirements, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services. Qualifications : 7+ years in EHR/EMR implementation with demonstrated success delivering healthcare software in public health, ambulatory care, FQHCs, or similar settings. 3+ years of proven people management experience, leading and developing a team. Bachelor’s in healthcare, IT, business, or related field. Deep knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, UDS, MIPS); familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards a plus. Skilled in managing complex projects, resources, and priorities; PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications valued. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a strong client focus. Willing to travel up to 40% and work flexible hours to support clients and global teams. • Manage Operational Accounting & Planning functions. • Manage all Operational Reporting & Planning functions for the WRBP Roofing business. • Work closely with external auditors and provide data and analyses as needed. • Oversee preparation of Operations data for the quarterly review, annual audit kit and internal audit data for both the external and internal auditors as needed. • Prepare monthly & quarterly internal management Operations reporting package and other analyses as needed. • Prepare Plant Operations section of Annual Budget in coordination with Corporate Planning & Budgeting group. • Collaborate on the update of Monthly Forecasts (from Mfg capacity / capability perspective). • Oversee preparation & approve final reporting of monthly / quarterly / annual Plant Operations analyses. • Review all variance analyses & document explanations. • Conduct monthly Plant Ops review meetings. • Responsible for quarterly Standard Cost update recommendations. • Responsible for the overall review of Inventory Valuation including establishment & update of E&O, LCM and any other required reserves. • Work Closely with Engineering on development & execution of Capital Projects / Capital Budgeting and CAPEX Expenditure proposals / justifications. • Ensure appropriate and adequate controls in the Operations accounting and reporting areas. • Enforce SOX process control compliance by staff. • Responsible for keeping current with technical accounting pronouncements and trends, analyzing their impact on the Company, and application of new accounting pronouncements in accordance with Westlake policy. • Monitor and identify major performance areas for enhancement / process improvement. • Train and develop staff in their areas, as needed. • Establish Goals & Objectives, provide performance feedback and coaching.
