Job Overview : Join our team as a Manager, EHR Implementations to lead the deployment of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions across diverse healthcare environments. You’ll own project delivery from start to finish, guide high-performing teams, and ensure clients experience smooth, timely, and compliant implementations. The position is located in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, specifically in the Central Business District. Responsibilities : Project Management: Lead end-to-end EHR implementations from initiation to go-live, defining scope and success criteria, creating and managing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with goals and client expectations. Develop and refine best practices, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Customer Success & Engagement Management: Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation, fostering strong relationships, gathering feedback to improve practices and guide product enhancements, and providing post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing maintenance and support teams. Team Management and Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing implementation team, providing guidance, evaluating performance, addressing skill gaps, and coordinating training. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure product readiness. Collaborate with Sales and Account Management as a subject matter expert to gather requirements, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services. Qualifications : 7+ years in EHR/EMR implementation with demonstrated success delivering healthcare software in public health, ambulatory care, FQHCs, or similar settings. 3+ years of proven people management experience, leading and developing a team. Bachelor’s in healthcare, IT, business, or related field. Deep knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, UDS, MIPS); familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards a plus. Skilled in managing complex projects, resources, and priorities; PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications valued. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with a strong client focus. Willing to travel up to 40% and work flexible hours to support clients and global teams.
