This role will lead delivery execution across an assigned set of sector-specific IT programs and projects and will be responsible for managing project managers, ensuring quality delivery of internal investments, and reinforcing strong project delivery practices across the team. As a senior manager within the PMO, this role plays a critical part in driving consistent execution, transparency, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role requires strong people leadership, sound delivery judgment, and the ability to identify and address risks, dependencies, and execution barriers in a complex, matrixed environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Project Delivery: Lead and develop Project Managers responsible for delivery of sector-specific IT programs and projects. Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent initiatives within an assigned delivery area. - Project Manager Development: Build and mature project managers through targeted coaching, mentorship, and development in execution excellence and leadership. - Project Reporting and Oversight: Monitor delivery health across projects, including progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and execution constraints, and intervene as needed to improve outcomes. Partner with business, technology, and PMO stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges and maintain forward momentum across initiatives. - Team Coaching: Coach team members across IT to drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones. - Best Practices Reinforcement: Ensure sector IT projects and initiatives align with enterprise standards, best practices, and IT strategies, leveraging BAE LifeCycle Management frameworks. Ensure project managers apply consistent project lifecycle, governance, reporting, and delivery management practices. Support adoption of PMO tools, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and execution quality. - Culture and Performance: Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and results-driven performance across sector IT delivery teams. Contribute delivery insight and operational perspective to broader portfolio and PMO discussions as needed. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) 12+ years of relevant work experience. Proven track record of delivering projects and programs. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing project managers and teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform decisions. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master's Degree preferred. 14+ years relevant management experience preferred IT Service management, product management, hybrid project management methodologies, SDLC, Agile and ITIL certification, ServiceNow SPM. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. • Own end-to-end program management for Chip Tools, beginning with Fuse, ensuring reliability, uptime, and performance meet the needs of hardware engineering teams across the chip development lifecycle. • Drive tool health initiatives: define SLOs, track incidents, lead root cause analysis, and deliver on improvement roadmaps that reduce friction and prevent recurrence. • Build and maintain a dependency map across Chip Tools -understanding upstream and downstream relationships to surface risk, handle conflicts, and ensure alignment with the chip roadmap. • Partner with HW engineering leads to translate the chip development roadmap into tool readiness requirements; proactively identify gaps and mobilize engineering resources to close them. • Facilitate cross-team coordination across tool developers, infrastructure teams, and HW users -running structured program reviews, tracking action items, and holding teams accountable to commitments. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to give leadership and customers real-time insight into tool health, open risks, and delivery status. • Find opportunities to evolve Chip Tools from reactive support into a proactive, system-focused operating model - and build the processes to get there. • Onboard new tools into the Chip Tools portfolio as the scope expands beyond Fuse, establishing consistent standards for program management, change control, and incident response.

• Serve as the Senior Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning both day-to-day execution and cross-team program delivery. • Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations, ensuring smooth integration and on-time delivery. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving team effectiveness. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities and technical requirements into clear, executable plans. • Own execution tracking across teams, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments. • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers, proactively resolving issues to keep teams and programs on track. • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment on priorities and sequencing. • Drive continuous improvement of SDLC, Agile practices, and delivery processes. • Provide regular, clear communication and reporting on progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
