Job Description

Integrator & Head of Operations

Chatterboxes Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology

Role Description We're looking for a builder. Someone who is energized by helping a growing organization run like a well-oiled machine, not just in theory, but in the day-to-day reality of how things actually work. - This isn't coaching from the sidelines. It's for someone who finds real satisfaction in implementation: solving complex organizational puzzles, taking ideas, energy, and vision, and thoughtfully turning them into systems, rhythms, and beautifully designed experiences that people can feel. - You'll sit at the center of everything: people operations, culture, marketing coordination, and leadership development. - At the heart of it all, you'll be the steady presence of a remote team, bringing our forward-thinking ideas and vision to life in a way that feels clear, steady, and supportive. - What matters most here is your ability to follow through by serving our team with empathy and care. - This is a role for someone who loves building and finds meaning in bringing things into practice; and in doing so, helping to create an environment where our team can feel the psychological safety to truly perform their best work. Qualifications - Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in operations, people operations, project coordination, recruiting, administration, or similar cross-functional roles. - Experience improving workflows, processes, or operational systems within a growing organization. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfort supporting people-related processes such as recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, or team coordination. - Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or external partners. - Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment with strong follow-through and attention to detail. - Located in the United States; Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred. Requirements - Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is helpful but not required. - Experience in startup or growing small-business environments. - Experience in marketing coordination or event/project coordination. - Experience in remote team operations and culture-building. - Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Workable, AI tools, or project management platforms. Benefits - 401(k) with 50% company match up to 4% of compensation. - Financial literacy resources with a dedicated advisor. - Health, dental & vision insurance (BCBS HMO, with 80% of the single-plan premium covered). - Up to $1,200/year in CEU or professional development reimbursement. - Full reimbursement for ASHA or related professional organization dues. - PTO and flexible paid holidays. - Long-term relationship mindset. We're looking for a partner who will grow with us for years to come. Company Description We are a neurodiversity affirming organization and proud to be an equal opportunity employer that believes in health, equity, equality, and prosperity for all so we can succeed in changing the way the pediatric speech language pathology industry works for both therapists and patients.
