• You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while we steer the ship. • You find the most effective ways to keep things organized, have a grip on our numbers, and free the founders to focus on strategy. • You help plan our legendary workations (e.g., Vietnam, Japan) and team events. • You monitor our accounts, manage inflows and outflows, and ensure liquidity. • You keep track of our contracts and deadlines and act as the first point of contact for legal inquiries. • You ensure our work gets paid—through professional invoice management and communication with clients. • You prepare bookkeeping (sorting receipts, VAT preparation) — thorough but efficient. • You maintain our financial models and support strategic decisions with real data. • You produce weekly KPI reports for Sales & Marketing so we know where we stand.
