Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Coordinator / Medical Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Personal Injury (PI) case management and clinical support. The ideal candidate should preferably have an RN background, experience handling liens, law firm correspondence, settlement coordination, and medical documentation. Familiarity with AdvanceMD EMR is preferred, along with strong Excel and scheduling skills. - Manage personal injury (PI) cases from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages - Handle liens processing, settlement follow-ups, and correspondence with attorneys, law firms, and other involved parties - Coordinate case documentation, medical records, and ensure accurate tracking of case progress - Assist with clinical and administrative tasks, including patient coordination and medical workflow support - Utilize AdvanceMD EMR for documentation, updates, and patient/case management (training can be provided if needed) - Maintain organized records and detailed case notes using Excel and internal systems - Manage scheduling and calendar coordination through Google Workspace, including appointments, follow-ups, and deadlines - Ensure all tasks are completed with high attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) background preferred as minimum qualification - Strong experience in Personal Injury (PI) case coordination - Knowledge of liens processing, settlement negotiations, and law firm communication - Experience with AdvanceMD EMR preferred (trainable if no direct experience) - Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports and trackers - Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Calendar and scheduling management - Excellent English communication skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Role Description The Manager, Transactional Finance will lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and control of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities across Compass Pathways' UK and US operations.
