Role Description As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to implementation. Your role will focus on creating innovative, user-centric product designs that solve business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to develop and refine design systems and deliver high-quality design outputs. The impact you'll have: - Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to align with project goals and user expectations. - Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to inform and validate design decisions. - Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to iterate on designs and support user testing. - Contribute to the design process for key features and work closely with product managers and engineers. - Contribute to the evolution of design systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality. - Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency. - Manage assigned design tasks and projects, delivering high-quality results within established timelines. - Gather requirements and understand business objectives to translate into actionable design solutions. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth within the team. - Drive rapid design ideation and prototyping by utilizing AI tools and methodologies to quickly explore user flows and high-value use cases. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a UX/product design role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and outcomes. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles. - Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to iterate and refine designs. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field preferred. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of product design. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering user-centered design solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects forward independently. - Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks based on business impact and user needs.
