Senior Customer Onboarding Analyst

• Lead the implementation of a SaaS platform for clients in the Industry and Retail sectors • Gather requirements, configure the platform, perform integrations, provide training, and support post Go-live • Map client processes through discovery interviews and requirements workshops • Collect and analyze documents required to build AS IS and TO BE process flows • Present platform solutions and configurations based on the mapped processes • Perform data analysis and load data into the platform • Define the integration flow between the client and the system • Execute system configurations and parameterizations following the implementation process • Perform unit and end-to-end testing of the parameterizations performed • Present the configured solution to clients • Support clients during the acceptance (homologation) phase • Deliver remote and/or in-person training to users and involved teams • Provide post Go-live follow-up, ensuring support and adoption of the solution • Support enhancement requests and any additional contracted services • Prepare documentation according to the department methodology and internal standards.
