Sales Development Representative - Southern California

What you'll do: Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business in the audio-visual (AV) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maintaining our showroom presence in Costa Mesa, CA - Desire to educate customers on display technology, in a showroom, office, or job site location. - Identify & develop new business opportunities. This will be accomplished by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities. - Drive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers. - Ensuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner. - Grow existing accounts clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and services. - Maintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline management. - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. - Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and services. - Manage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology. - Meet corporate and sales objectives. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical Industry
- Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills
- High energy, sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must have a valid drivers license and use of a personal vehicle
