Vendor and Quality Manager

• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across language services operations • Oversee and manage the vendor pool to ensure optimal size, coverage, and capability aligned with business needs • Ensure vendors possess the required skills and receive appropriate training on processes and tools • Lead contract negotiations, including rates and scope of services, to maintain healthy margins and support scalable service delivery • Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes • Act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues, including performance concerns and disputes • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure translations/transcriptions and deliverables meet client expectations • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and evaluation frameworks • Conduct regular audits, reviews, and quality assessments to identify improvement opportunities • Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities • Develop and implement new procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service quality • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on quality standards, tools, workflows, and best practices • Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Investigate and resolve quality-related or operational issues as per the processes • Ensure operational procedures align with company ISO standards and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Linguistics, Quality Management, or a related field
- A min. of 3+ years’ experience in vendor management, quality assurance, localization, or operations management
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and process improvement practices
- Experience working with Market Research projects preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/17100 standards and compliance processes is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools

Role Description As the Capture & Proposal Manager, you will own every federal pursuit from the moment we identify the opportunity through final submission. You will run capture, build the win strategy and partner ecosystem, lead color-team reviews, and personally write the executive summary and key technical volumes, all driven by Shipley best practices. You will work hand-in-hand with the Federal AE, federal solutions engineering, operations, legal/contracts, and our partners. This is the seat that turns a federal pipeline into federal awards. - Capture Leadership: Run capture for every pursuit driven from Shipley best practices, opportunity qualification, customer/competitor intel, gate reviews, win strategy, teaming, and price-to-win positioning. - End-to-End Proposal Ownership: Own the full proposal development lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, outline, content plan, color-team reviews (pink, red, gold, white-glove), production, and submission. - Hands-On Writing: Write the executive summary and key technical, management, and past-performance volumes; orchestrate SME and partner contributions on the rest. - Knowledge Asset Building: Build and maintain a content library, past-performance database, and capability statement set that compounds eVisit’s win rate over time. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with the Federal AE on capture plans; partner with operations on delivery; partner with prime contractors on teaming and vehicle routing. - Performance Discipline: Run lessons-learned after every submission; instrument win/loss and pipeline conversion analytics; report capture and proposal KPIs to leadership. - Market Engagement: Represent eVisit at industry days, capability briefings, and partner conferences when shaping warrants it. - Success Metrics: Track and manage key success metrics, including but not limited to: - Submitted-proposal volume and on-time submission rate - Win rate (trailing 12 months) - Compliance-matrix score against government evaluation models - Pipeline conversion (capture-qualified → submitted → awarded) Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience. Veterans and former federal acquisition professionals (KO / COR / PM) are explicitly encouraged to apply. - Certification: Shipley capture-and-proposal methodology training required (Shipley BD 101, Capture Planning, Proposal Development, or equivalent). APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years combined federal capture and proposal experience. Capture-only or proposal-only profiles will not qualify, hybrid experience is the bar. - Demonstrated record of leading at least 10 federal proposal submissions with a win-rate you can defend in interview. - Fluency with federal acquisition: FAR / DFARS, GSA Schedule, SEWP, CIO-SP3/4, OASIS+, IDIQ task orders, OTAs, and sole-source justifications. - Hands-on writer — must be able to draft a compliant executive summary and technical volume without a separate writing team. Requirements - Shipley methodology fluency (Capture Planning, Proposal Development Lifecycle, color teams). - Compliance-matrix construction and government evaluation-model interpretation. - Strong technical and executive writing. - Proficient in proposal collaboration platforms (Microsoft Word at scale, SharePoint, Loopio, Responsive, or equivalent). - Stakeholder orchestration across SMEs, primes, channel partners, and contracts/legal. The Assortment Operations / E Commerce Manager - Remote is responsible for owning and scaling end-to-end assortment operations across print and digital e-commerce experiences. This role sits at the intersection of category management, e commerce operations, merchandising, analytics, and product enablement.
