Role Description The Branch Optimization Program Manager is a pivotal leader driving one of OnTrac’s largest transformation initiatives: the Think-Teach-Deliver program. This role drives cross-functional program execution spanning engineering, operations, and technology, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery across the full project lifecycle. - Partner closely with Engineering (Sort‑Dispatch‑Delivery workflows), Under The Roof (UTR) field teams, Quality, LMO, and external partners. - Influence policy decisions and enable operational innovation. - Drive measurable improvements in cost (Capex/Opex), quality KPIs, and driver experience while meeting aggressive timelines. Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience in last mile logistics. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field. - Proven experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. - Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning engineering, operations, and business teams. - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and working knowledge of SQL. - Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives with measurable returns. - Travel up to 50%. - Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
