Join our Team We are looking for a Quality Manager to drive quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence across site implementation activities including civil works, site surveys, network design, installation, commissioning, and integration. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and first-time-right delivery while securing both Ericsson and customer value. The Quality Manager will oversee ASP performance, workforce readiness, implementation governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across field operations. What you will do - Drive quality assurance across site planning, installation, commissioning, and integration activities. - Validate site designs, implementation readiness, and compliance with Ericsson and customer standards. - Manage ASP engagement, assessments, licensing, training, and compliance. - Ensure adherence to E+OHS, legal, financial, security, and process compliance requirements. - Support documentation, reporting, audits, and corrective actions to completion. - Monitor workforce, materials, and field execution to ensure delivery quality and operational efficiency. - Supervise and mentor teams while promoting a strong safety and quality culture.
