Communications Coordinator

Role Description The Communications Coordinator supports New Charter Technologies' corporate communications function, helping to develop, coordinate, and distribute internal and external communications across a variety of channels. This role is ideal for an early-career communications professional eager to grow in a dynamic, technology-focused environment. - Draft, edit, and publish internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates. - Support external communications including press releases, blog posts, and social media content in coordination with marketing. - Maintain and update the NCT communications calendar and asset library. - Coordinate logistics and content for internal events, town halls, and all-hands communications. - Assist in managing NCT's social media presence, including drafting posts and scheduling content. - Monitor media coverage and industry news; compile relevant summaries for leadership. - Support executive communications including talking points, presentation narratives, and correspondence. - Collaborate with HR and marketing on employer brand content and recruitment communications. - Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications touchpoints. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field. - Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and grammar. - Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar). - Familiarity with internal communications platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) preferred. - Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) a plus. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Clear, confident communicator with a strong writing voice. - Organized and deadline-driven with strong attention to detail. - Collaborative team player who can work across departments. - Proactive and resourceful — takes initiative without being asked. - Curious and eager to grow in a communications career. Overview: The Senior Medical Editor will be the lead editor on multiple brands.
