• Perform data analysis to support operational reporting and strategic decision-making • Develop dashboards and visualizations for key performance metrics and stakeholder reporting • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources • Support data quality efforts by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies in datasets • Translate stakeholder questions into clear analysis plans and reporting deliverables • Create recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and leadership needs • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard requirements • Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to support end-to-end data accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical Solution Development: - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions for data reporting and analytics. - Develop, create, and modify query-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organization. - Stay current with advancements in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) technologies, and analytics to bring innovative solutions to the team. On-Call and Technical Support: - Be available for on-call support as assigned by the manager, providing prompt assistance to resolve data reporting and database-related issues. - Provide technical advice, assistance, and training to users, helping them understand and utilize data reporting tools effectively. Documentation and Best Practices: - Document and maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for the data warehouse team. - Ensure that best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval are followed across all data warehouse projects. Additional Responsibilities: - Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the department’s and organization’s goals.
