• Lead cloud architecture design and implementation for a scalable eLearning ecosystem • Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure supporting Salesforce and enterprise integrations • Develop and maintain architecture design documentation, diagrams, and technical runbooks • Implement and enforce configuration control, change management, and operational best practices • Support integrations across internal and external subsystems using secure cloud patterns • Collaborate with engineering, integration, and program stakeholders to ensure end-to-end platform performance • Apply cybersecurity best practices to cloud deployments and system operations • Ensure platform scalability, availability, and maintainability in a multi-system environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud operations, or cloud infrastructure delivery
- Experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of secure cloud architecture and operational best practices
- Ability to create and maintain technical architecture documentation and design drawings
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification (Associate or Professional level) preferred
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
- Experience supporting or integrating with Salesforce (CRM/CMS/Experience Cloud) in an enterprise environment preferred
- Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid architectures
