Senior Manager – Zero Defect Start Up

CMA CGM

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Manhattan Active WMS and OMS deployments at CEVA warehouse operations sites. • Develop detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, workstream activities, resource plans, and deployment readiness requirements. • Ensure project delivery aligns with program governance standards and the broader Manhattan deployment roadmap. • Coordinate execution across key workstreams including Operations, IT, Business Process Engineering, Testing, Training, Data Migration, and Integration teams. • Facilitate daily and weekly project execution meetings, ensuring clear ownership of actions, deliverables, and issue resolution. • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders supporting the deployment. • Manage project timelines and ensure execution remains on track by identifying risks early and driving mitigation plans. • Coordinate all testing activities at the site level including SIT participation, UAT readiness, and operational validation. • Lead post-go-live hypercare execution, ensuring defects and operational disruptions are tracked, prioritized, and resolved quickly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required
  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex supply chain, warehouse, or enterprise IT implementations.
  • Proven experience leading WMS and/or OMS deployments in a distribution, e-commerce, retail, or contract logistics environment.
  • Strong preference for experience with Manhattan Associates solutions (Manhattan Active WMS and OMS highly preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-site rollouts or large-scale deployment programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a 3PL environment and supporting customer-specific integrations and operational requirements is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns.
  • Strong project planning and execution governance skills, including schedule management, dependency tracking, and milestone delivery.
  • Familiarity with systems integration concepts including API, EDI, middleware, and customer connectivity requirements.
  • Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT execution in partnership with business and IT teams.
  • Strong proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across technical and operational stakeholders.
