Job Summary The Land Agent supports DISA’s growing uranium and AUM site portfolio by assisting with land research, claim staking, regulatory filings, and the administrative and fieldwork needed to secure, maintain, and manage DISA’s land assets. This role blends office work, field operations, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional support. The Land Agent is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both field and administrative environments. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of business development. Education/ Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field. Or an equivalent level of experience and certification (RL, RPL) as a Landman / permitting specialist. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in land research, permitting, compliance, mining claims, or similar work. Supervisor Environmental Land Manager, unless otherwise designated. Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct ownership and title research for prospective AUM sites, mining claims, and private parcels. - Compile and maintain accurate records of landowners, mineral rights, surface rights, and applicable encumbrances. - Support due diligence for site acquisition, staking, leasing, or agreements. - Track land status changes and ensure internal systems stay updated. - Assist with planning and executing staking of new mining claims on BLM and state lands. - Ensure compliance with location requirements, monument standards, and submission deadlines. - Document field staking with GPS coordinates, maps, and photos. - Support early-stage site visits and field assessments. - Help prepare and file POOs, COO’s NOIs, NOEs, and associated regulatory documents. - Coordinate with state agencies, BLM field offices, and other authorities as needed. - Track deadlines, renewals, fees, and required updates for active permits and claims. - Maintain organized records for audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting. - Assist with land access agreements, landowner correspondence, and right-of-entry documentation. - Support documentation for surface disturbance, reclamation reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Maintain land databases, mapping files, and GIS-relevant information in coordination with GIS staff. - Track expiring claims, renewal deadlines, and administrative requirements. - Provide land-related information to Resources, Operations, and Corporate Development teams. - Assist with preparing maps, summaries, and land packages for leadership and investors. - Help coordinate surveying, drilling access, cultural clearances, and environmental requirements. - Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA. - Attend and participate in all required safety trainings. - Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

- Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk several miles in rugged terrain under varied and sometimes extreme environmental conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to interact with people and technology while either standing or sitting.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.
