Product Lead
STACK
• Own Your Product Area End-to-End • Take full ownership of a core product area (e.g. Accounts Receivable) — from strategy through to delivery and commercial outcomes • Define product vision and roadmap grounded in deep customer insight and first-principles thinking • Drive urgency and business impact, with a clear line of sight to product-market fit and revenue • Set the direction, prioritise ruthlessly, and hold the bar high across everything you touch • Think and operate like a co-founder: take initiative, unblock yourself, and own outcomes regardless of what's in your job spec • Build selling processes and GTM motion around your product area from scratch • Put yourself in front of senior enterprise stakeholders — run the meetings, bring the narrative, and close the loop • Work through ambiguity and complexity, breaking hard problems into clear, actionable pieces • Act as the hub connecting engineering, design, GTM, CS, and external domain experts • Partner closely with engineering to define what to build and why — without needing to be managed • Bring structure, focus, and pace to a cross-functional team working on something genuinely new • Create alignment and energy across the organisation around your product area • Get deep on customer problems: uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and keep the customer at the centre of every decision • Build relationships with customers and domain experts who can sharpen your thinking • Translate complex workflow challenges into elegant, scalable product solutions
Job Requirements
- A genuine builder mindset — high ownership, relentless follow-through, and a track record of creating things from scratch
- Strong product fundamentals: you know how to uncover customer insights, translate them into strategy, and ship products people actually use
- First-principles thinking: you break problems down to their roots, challenge the status quo, and bring clarity to complex challenges
- B2B chops: you're comfortable in front of enterprise stakeholders — you can run a senior meeting, build a narrative, and command the room
- Evidence of zero-to-one experience — whether founding your own company, building a product area early at a high-growth startup, or launching something new inside a larger business
- STEM degree (or equivalent intellectual horsepower demonstrated through your work)
- The ambition and hunger to operate at a pace most environments don't allow.
Benefits
- Foundational role: Help shape a category-defining company from an early stage, working directly with founders and a small, high-agency team.
- Meaningful ownership: Competitive equity in a company scaling rapidly towards $10m ARR, where your impact will directly shape the outcome.
- Cutting-edge product and tech: Work at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that fundamentally change how companies run their financial close.
- High-calibre team: Collaborate with people from companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, and Mollie.
- Exceptional workspace: Our London HQ is based in Fora — a modern, design-led space in the heart of the city with access to a gym, classes, and an environment built for focused, in-person building
- Strong team culture: We run regular socials and off-sites that bring the team together properly, we recently have our 2-year anniversary party in Amsterdam, with board games, a tarot card reader and live music 🎶
