Delivery Lead – Technical Delivery Manager

• Champion Lean and Agile ways of working, leading the team in standing up the most productive processes for the task at hand • Design and facilitate workshops and ceremonies that provide direction and rally the team around a plan • Foster strong team dynamics, coaching the team and individuals to collaborate effectively and work through conflict • Own the full PMO remit: governance, team logistics, resource tracking, budget and burn reporting, RAID logs, and senior stakeholder communication • Gather, unpack and document product requirements, translating client needs into well-defined briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can act on • Navigate trade-offs and drive prioritisation conversations, keeping decisions grounded in scope, effort and feasibility within given parameters • Bring empathy to the client relationships and clarity to commercial conversations, setting expectations continuously and surfacing risks and mitigations early.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management within digital/tech environments
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product)
  • Strong Agile expertise with a practical, delivery-focused approach
  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery, from planning through execution and launch
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including direct client interaction
  • English proficiency B2 or higher

Role Description The Technical Project Manager will be a member of the Global Consulting Operations team, responsible for supporting multiple projects concurrently in partnership with our technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
