Job Requirements
- 5+ years in technical project management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms

- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Availability to work Eastern Time hours (core overlap through 4 PM ET)

Role Description The Technical Project Manager will be a member of the Global Consulting Operations team, responsible for supporting multiple projects concurrently in partnership with our technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on Unit 42’s Proactive Service engagements, Digital Forensics, and Incident Response engagements. - Manage multiple projects effectively by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs). - Maintain and update status reports for external clients and customers. - Identify, communicate, and escalate project issues and risks to the project Engagement Lead. - Partner with project Engagement team members to accomplish project goals and objectives. - Support the delivery of quality solutions to clients and customers. - Develop and maintain a solid understanding of engagements supported by the PMO. - Collaborate with the project Engagement team for project staffing needs. - Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders for each project. - Partner with the Engagement Lead to ensure projects adhere to budget and time frame guidelines. - Manage customer expectations and navigate conflict resolution. Qualifications - Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, focusing in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, or other technical IT environments. - Ability to lead multiple small to medium-scale projects, create project plans, and ensure on-time task execution. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Preferred Qualifications - PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, and solve problems. - Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and Clarizen. - Previous direct client or customer consulting experience. - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements - The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. - For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below: $94,000.00 - $153,000.00/yr. - The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
