Associate Director, Operations & Supply Chain

• Accountable for OSC cost, schedule, quality and ensuring successful execution of program events tied to all assembly, sparing and global systems sustainment. • Managing SCPMs (Supply Chain Program Managers) and Supply Chain personnel supporting the PS portfolio. • Manage, develop and lead OSC proposal activities including task descriptions and BOEs. • Generate assembly plans, make/where plans, strategic sourcing and execution excellence process improvement plans for proposals. • Interfaces with customers ensuring satisfactory standards of service.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- Supply Chain leadership and management experience within the defense industry and/or US Government programs
