Role Description The Logistics Specialist will report to a Supply Chain & Operations organization and play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing order logistics, shipment coordination, freight communication, and post-shipment resolution while ensuring efficient and accurate supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills. This role works closely with warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure inbound and outbound shipments move efficiently and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, or related field preferred. - 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, order management, or related operational support roles. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
