Director, Creator Growth – PLG

Later

• Own the creator PLG strategy end to end • Set the annual and quarterly GTM plan for creator PLG • Map the full creator funnel from first awareness through onboarding • Define where PLG and SLG motions intersect • Own conversion rate optimization across the creator acquisition funnel • Build and run a structured experimentation program • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify in-product growth levers • Develop and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels • Serve as the primary growth marketing partner to Product • Collaborate with the Creator SLG team • Partner with Data Science and Marketing Ops • Work with Content and Brand teams • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing creator PLG team • Establish a rigorous experimentation culture • Recruit talent with hands-on PLG, CRO, or growth engineering backgrounds • Define the PLG measurement framework for creators • Build dashboards and reporting cadences • Report on creator PLG performance to senior leadership

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or PLG roles
  • Hands-on experience running structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, multivariate testing, CRO)
  • Background at a PLG-oriented company, developer tools business, consumer app, or creator economy platform
  • Strong data orientation
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Proven ability to manage paid acquisition channels
  • Experience managing and growing a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator monetization models, or marketplace dynamics
  • Experience with creator or developer community growth
