• You build and manage outbound and email campaigns in the backend for our clients – you are the engine behind high-performing sequences that turn leads into conversations • You develop campaigns based on buyer personas, positioning and USPs and translate them into clear, compelling messaging strategies • You write strong outbound copy (cold emails, follow-ups and sequences) with a focus on open rates, replies and conversion • You take full ownership of your campaigns: setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis and continuous optimization • You work closely with account managers to sharpen offers, messaging and campaign strategy and align everything to performance • You work entirely in the backend without direct client contact – your focus is on copy, structure, testing and scaling
Job Requirements
- You have initial experience in outbound or email marketing or already work with relevant tools and want to develop further in this area
- You are strong in copywriting and understand how effective email copy captures attention and prompts replies
- You have a good sense for offer building and understand how messaging and offers interact to drive conversion
- You think analytically, work data-driven and optimize campaigns based on KPIs rather than gut feeling
- You are curious, enjoy experimenting with new tools and are comfortable with complex setups
- You work independently, are structured and take responsibility for your results
- Formal education is secondary for us – what matters are skills, tool competency and demonstrable or recognizable performance in outbound
