• Forge Key Partnerships: Identify and build strong relationships with top projects, protocols, exchanges, and influencers in the DeFi ecosystem. • Drive Growth: Develop and implement partnership strategies that boost user acquisition, liquidity, and overall platform growth. • Negotiate Deals: Handle the ins and outs of partnership agreements, including contributions, investments, marketing collaborations, and joint ventures. • Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for our external partners, ensuring strong alignment with YieldNest’s goals. • Analyze and Report: Keep a close eye on partnership performance metrics, delivering insights and updates to our internal teams. • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep informed about industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes, using this knowledge to refine our partnership strategies. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to create partnership assets—marketing materials, integration guides, and co-branded content that stand out.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the crypto and DeFi space.
  • Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, blockchain technology, and the crypto market.
  • A proven history of negotiating and securing high-value partnerships with leading industry players.
  • Strong communication skills—able to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A self-starter attitude with a focus on results, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
