We are growing quickly and have partnered with Medicare to offer affordable and exceptional psychotherapy to hundreds of patients. ⭐ About the Role Location: Remote - US or Canada based only Title: Credentialing Specialist Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 We’re hiring a full-time remote Credentialing Specialist to lead and support all aspects of provider credentialing at Sailor Health. You will own end-to-end enrollment of providers and practice locations in Medicare via PECOS, manage credentialing with Medicare Advantage health plans, maintain accurate CAQH profiles, establish SOPs, and improve credentialing workflows. You will also work closely with our leadership team to innovate on our processes and systems. 💻 Your Key Responsibilities Manage provider enrollment & credentialing: Lead the full credentialing lifecycle for new and existing providers and practice locations — including Medicare (PECOS), Medicare Advantage plans, and other payers. Maintain provider data: Ensure CAQH profiles are complete, current, and accurately reflect provider credentials and practice information. Optimize workflows: Assess current credentialing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Airtable, automation tools, and best practices. Develop SOPs: Write, maintain, and iterate standard operating procedures for credentialing functions and integrate them into operational practice. Monitor compliance: Track credentialing status, re-credentialing deadlines, notices, and plan requirements to ensure uninterrupted provider participation in payer networks. Prior work with Medicare Advantage health plans and credentialing requirements. Tracking and project management tools: Comfortable learning and using tools such as Airtable, credentialing automation software, and common office/productivity apps. Detail-oriented & organized: You have impeccable attention to detail, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Practicing at the top of your license by ensuring your patients are screened appropriately for concerning symptoms or findings and you are able to refer patients to other Vori healthcare professionals as appropriate • Perform initial and ongoing digital physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards • Demonstrate excellent and clear clinical decision making with patients across the musculoskeletal care spectrum utilizing a biopsychosocial model • Develop a Plan of Treatment, implement this plan, and effectively manage this plan for each patient safely and efficiently, including short- and long-term goals, collaboration goals of other Vori team members, and required patient and caregiver involvement • Adjust the Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule according to patient progress • Documenting patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility documentation procedures • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc. • Communicate and assist other Vori care team members as needed to provide care and create an orderly and effective treatment of rehabilitation and physical therapy • Meet company and quality standards as defined by Vori Health • Responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), ensuring they deliver safe and effective patient care by communicating and collaborating, developing treatment plans, co-signing PTA notes, monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards within a physical therapy practice. • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), etc. • Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with students, providing them with the support they need. • Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care. • Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions to ensure continuity of care. • Partner with our administrative support team to enhance overall student care, from initial outreach to resource provision. • Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios to ensure the best outcomes. • Become an expert in our unique care model, enabling you to effectively support college students and continually refine your therapeutic skills.
