Licensed Clinical Therapist – California Only

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress • Involve and advise family members when appropriate • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Job Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 12 months in a clinical setting after you have become fully licensed.
- Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fields
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license (license based on office location). Applicants without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are currently not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
- Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency
- Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

You will own end-to-end enrollment of providers and practice locations in Medicare via PECOS, manage credentialing with Medicare Advantage health plans, maintain accurate CAQH profiles, establish SOPs, and improve credentialing workflows. You will also work closely with our leadership team to innovate on our processes and systems. 💻 Your Key Responsibilities Manage provider enrollment & credentialing: Lead the full credentialing lifecycle for new and existing providers and practice locations — including Medicare (PECOS), Medicare Advantage plans, and other payers. Maintain provider data: Ensure CAQH profiles are complete, current, and accurately reflect provider credentials and practice information. Optimize workflows: Assess current credentialing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Airtable, automation tools, and best practices. Develop SOPs: Write, maintain, and iterate standard operating procedures for credentialing functions and integrate them into operational practice. Monitor compliance: Track credentialing status, re-credentialing deadlines, notices, and plan requirements to ensure uninterrupted provider participation in payer networks. Prior work with Medicare Advantage health plans and credentialing requirements. Tracking and project management tools: Comfortable learning and using tools such as Airtable, credentialing automation software, and common office/productivity apps.
