Heute unterstützen wir E-Commerce-Brands dabei, mehr aus ihren Kundenbeziehungen herauszuholen – mit Strategie, Daten, Emotion und einem klaren Fokus auf Klaviyo. Ich selbst komme aus dem E-Com-Bereich, hab alles gesehen – von Startups bis zu 7-stelligen Stores – und irgendwann gemerkt: Die meisten verlieren ihre Kunden, weil sie sich nur auf Ads konzentrieren. Also hab ich angefangen, das zu ändern.
