Una agencia de nueva generación, adaptada a las necesidades, objetivos y metodologías ágiles de los departamentos de marketing y empresas más innovadores. - Diseño, incluidas plantillas de correo electrónico, redes sociales, landing pages, motion graphics y video. - Capacidad de garantizar la coherencia en los diseños y el contenido en todas las plataformas de nuestros clientes y de la empresa. - Seguimiento de las tendencias de internet, memes, lenguajes y formatos de redes, incluyendo por supuesto Tiktok. - Participación en reuniones y procesos de estrategia de marca. - Apoyará en la ejecución de los trabajos necesarios y la coordinación con otros especialistas que complementen su trabajo. - Desde la creación de piezas de email marketing con los diferentes elementos que las componen (plantillas, contenidos, gráfica, animaciones, landing pages), hasta la generación de vídeos para RRSS. - Trabajará en equipo con las áreas Digital Experience (Web, RRSS, Creatividad) y Performance Marketing (Estrategias digitales enfocadas a conversión). Qualifications - Formación en diseño, diseño gráfico o afines. - Experiencia comprobada en un rol profesional de diseño en agencia. - Portfolio de diseño anteriores para mostrar la experiencia y la creatividad. - Capacidad para presentar claramente ideas y conceptos de diseño para campañas y proyectos. - Trabajo en equipo con excepcionales habilidades organizativas y técnicas. Requirements - Imprescindibles: - Figma / Sketch - Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Premiere - Deseables: - Conocimiento o iniciación en el uso de herramientas de IA Generativa (Midjourney o similar). - Google Web Designer o similar. - Herramientas de presentación interactivas. - Cup Cut o herramientas de generación de vídeos para RRSS.
