Role Description This position is remote, based out of the UK, with roughly 50% travel throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solutions Consultant to join our team, focusing on Enterprise level new clients. This role bridges the gap between sales, product, and delivery by guiding prospects through discovery, demo, value realization, and implementation scoping. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, business acumen, and consultative skills to help prospects understand how our SaaS platform delivers measurable value while ensuring successful deployment through well-defined scope and implementation plans. The Work - Presales & Solution Design - Partner with sales executives to understand customer objectives and challenges, shaping solution proposals that align with business outcomes. - Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements, map processes, and identify gaps/opportunities. - Design tailored solution demonstrations and user-experience workshops to showcase business impact. - Value Engineering - Collaborate with prospects to quantify the business case for adoption, including ROI, TCO, productivity gains, and efficiency improvements. - Develop executive-level business value assessments, benchmarks, and financial models that support decision-making. - Prepare client success to measure value post-implementation to ensure long-term adoption and expansion. - Implementation Scoping & Delivery Alignment - Translate business requirements into functional and technical implementation scopes. - Define project parameters such as timelines, resources, dependencies, and success criteria. - Partner with professional services, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to implementation. - Provide input into Statements of Work (SOWs), level-of-effort estimates, and risk assessments. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and integration options. - Provide customer insights and feedback to product management to influence roadmap and enhancements. - Support marketing and sales enablement with thought leadership, case studies, and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). - 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, value engineering, or professional services within SaaS or enterprise software. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud architecture, and implementation lifecycles. - Proven ability to build financial/value models and present ROI at the executive level. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. - Experience in scoping and defining enterprise software implementation projects. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to travel up to 20% based on client/project needs.
