• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of global agreements, including SaaS, master service agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing. • Act as the central point of contact for all global external law firms, ensuring strict adherence to billing guidelines and service level agreements. • Manage the legal budget by triaging matters effectively—handling work in-house where possible and selecting the right external experts for specialised tasks. • Ensure UK and international operations remain compliant with Nasdaq listing rules and SEC disclosure requirements. • Develop, maintain, and localise standard contract templates and "playbooks" to empower sales and procurement teams globally. • Identify and communicate potential legal and regulatory risks to senior leadership, providing actionable solutions rather than just identifying hurdles. • Provide company secretarial support as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
- Demonstrable experience working within (or advising) a publicly traded company, specifically understanding the rigors of a US-listed (Nasdaq/NYSE) environment.
- Strong technical command of commercial law, with a proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations independently.
- Experience in managing external legal providers and a track record of driving value and efficiency from outside counsel.

Role Description As TRM’s Commercial Counsel, you’ll be the driving force behind the systems, agreements, and operations that power our global Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
