Role Description Banking Solution Architect Here's how you'll contribute: - Looking for a Solution Architect in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain who brings a blend of strong technical expertise combined with deep BFS industry knowledge. - The candidate needs to be a strategic thinker with expertise and ambition to adopt emerging technology to build commercially viable solutions to address gaps & white spaces in the BFS domain. - 15 – 20 years of experience in the BFS industry or IT services industry with focus on BFS / financial services verticals. - Strong domain understanding across BFS Value chain – Account & Deposits, Fee based services, Consumer & Commercial Lending, Trade Finance etc. - Constant up to date knowledge of the latest trends in the BFS Industry and emergence of FinTech ecosystem. - Candidate should have work experience with BFS Industry COTS products like FIS IBS/Horizon/MBP, Thought Machines, Temenos, Finastra, Finacle, Bancs etc. - Proven track record of building commercially viable BFS industry solutions covering MACH principles - Micro services, APIs, Cloud, and headless Architecture. - Candidate should have led Architecture definition & Solution Design and overseen end to end implementation programs. - Candidate should be able to define tech stack for a proposed solution and lead the effort estimation. - Be able to work with multiple technical teams and drive the solution development. - Candidate should be well versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and experience of building a GenAI based solution is a big plus. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organization change management. - Stakeholder management including hands-on experience interacting with the C Suite (both business and technology) is mandatory. - Presentation skills with crisp and clear articulation of the solution are a must. - Must have experience of working with clients across multiple regions – USA, UK, Europe in a global delivery setup. Role Description The Solution Architect is accountable for the detailed operational design of the system being implemented, from equipment to call flow to Network, and, as such, is considered the Design Authority for the project. The Solution Architect will conduct a detailed Call Flow design based on the customer’s requirements and provide advice and information on the benefits and risks of possible solutions. Product integration includes applications, directory services, IP and telephony networking, security, servers, and storage across several hardware and virtualization platforms. Role Description As the Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Federal Solution Architect, you will serve as the Design Authority for complex ECH system implementations, ensuring technical integrity and operational excellence across all project phases. You will be accountable for the detailed operational design of the system, encompassing everything from equipment selection and call flow architecture to network configuration. This role is critical in integrating a comprehensive suite of products, including applications, directory services, IP/telephony networking, security solutions, servers, and storage across diverse hardware and virtualization platforms. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and customers, providing expert consultation and strategic guidance to enable high-quality Emergency Call Handling deployments.
