Job Requirements

  • Досвід у support / customer service / customer operations від 3+ років.
  • Досвід управління support-командою.
  • Англійська — B2+.
  • Досвід побудови KPI-систем, performance management та improvement plans.
  • Досвід оптимізації витрат, headcount planning або роботи з efficiency metrics.
  • Досвід роботи з CRM / helpdesk tools, бажано Zendesk або аналогічними системами.
  • Впевнене володіння Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Tableau або подібними analytics tools.
  • Аналітичне мислення та вміння приймати рішення на основі даних.
  • Сильний people management: вміння розвивати людей, а не лише контролювати задачі.
  • Ownership, структурне мислення та готовність відповідати за командні результати.
